If you have questions, please feel free to call. If available, please attach media clippings, brochures, posters or photos. If video is available that too is helpful.

You may nominate as many as you want in the two categories but please use correct colored form for "COMPETITION" and for "RECREATION".

Once a nomination has been approved, the name will appear on the ballot forever until actually elected so it is only necessary to nominate one time if approved.

Race drivers must have been retired from competition for a minimum of two years to be eligible for the ballot.

Voting takes place each year during August-September and the induction ceremonies take place February 22, 2007 following the RIDE WITH THE CHAMPS, our annual day long celebrity event.
