The fundraising for expansion of the Hall of Fame started way back at the 2016 Ride With The Champs. We are excited to announce that the new building is finally ready to be unveiled!

With tons of donations from our supporters as little as $20, all the way up to large scale donations from some very enthusiastic backers and sponsors, and a whopping $50,000 raised from the Hunter Houle Memorial Foundation, the project has been completed.

The new building os 60’X 100′ building with a 15’X 40′ connector building between the existing building and the new one. It is two stories tall, with a large mezzanine in the center, capable of allowing a forklift in to carefully put sleds up on the second floor.

Over the years the Hall of Fame has accumulated great history with sleds and memorabilia but unfortunately, we were not able to display it all in one building. For some time now the HOF has been talking about our future expansion plans. The board of directors approved the plans and growth of a newly needed addition to its current building.

This is an effort that will continue the effort to recognize and honor the great people, machines, and innovations in the history of snowmobiling, and it’s something that we hope all interested people will participate in a way that works for them.

On May 27, 2017, the weekend of our Classic Sled Round-Up, the Board of Directors presented a groundbreaking ceremony for our new addition. Jim and Bernie Warning along with Craig Marchbank, President, and his wife Helen did the honors to a new beginning. On May 25th, 2019, two years later, the building will be unveiled with a grand opening and ribbon cutting ceremony. Food and refreshments will follow the unveiling and all are welcome to attend.
