Always on Polaris, Eastman carried the colors to victories in races like the Holiday Marathon (1966, 1968, 1970, and 1971) and the World’s Championship (1973). He competed in every type of snowmobile race from the famous ovals and enduros to, local cross-countries as he came to personify racing and high-performance at Polaris.

After his retirement from active racing, Eastman continued to spark competition efforts at Polaris as the racing team manager. His experiences and vision helped him lead the way to IFS ski suspensions, all-rubber tracks, and factory independent racer support programs.
