Being born into a legendary family, Terry Wahl of Greenbush, Minnesota, seemed destined to race snowmobiles on iced ovals. But he not only competed, he dominated.
His highly successful racing career ran from 1991 to 2005 and included a record seven Canadian Power Toboggan Championships, six Grand Prix de Valcourt titles, an Eagle River World Championship (1998), two Bonnechere Cup victories, multiple points titles and one of the most coveted awards in ice oval history with the $50,000 Boswell Supersled title in 1996.
Terry retired from racing at age 33 but, as one of Wahl Bros Racing lead engineers and owners, he is still very influential in the sport today.
